We are now able to begin the process of allocating refunds to parents / carers for monies paid towards residential trips which have had to be cancelled due to the COVID-19 crisis.
Please use the link below to access and complete an online questionnaire which will collect the details required to enable us to process your refund. The questionnaire has been designed to enable you to submit one response to request refunds for multiple trips, if necessary.
Please be assured that we will endeavour to process refunds as efficiently as is possible over the coming weeks. Please submit any queries using the ‘Any other comments’ option within the survey.
